Providing on-premises functionality allows for greater flexibility in how organizations control their platform and how the software is maintained, while still receiving the same functionally-rich platform capabilities. Sapientia provides clinicians with the ability upload NGS data in FASTQ, BAM, and VCF formats and then align and annotate SNVs and Indels and explore structural variants (SVs) and copy number variants (CNVs) while recording interpretation as per the ACMG guidelines for variant inter- pretation to speed diagnosis.
